As a Digital Marketer at Classico Digital Inc., you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across various channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive traffic, engage our audience, and convert leads into customers. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, creative, and passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
• Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date and SEO-friendly.
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing strategies to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
• Creative mindset with strong writing skills for creating engaging content.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic understanding of web development.
• Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other digital marketing-related platforms.
