We understand that there may be occasions where you are not entirely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be considered and processed. 1. General Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Project Cancellation by Client: If a project is canceled by the client before work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payments may be issued.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If Classico Digital fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without valid reasons or prior communication, the client may be eligible for a refund.
  • Service Dissatisfaction: If the client is dissatisfied with the delivered service, they must notify Classico Digital within 14 days of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue, and if a resolution cannot be reached, a partial or full refund may be considered based on the extent of work completed and delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, clients must meet the following criteria:

  • Submit a written refund request to Classico Digital within 14 days of service delivery or project completion.
  • Provide detailed reasons for the refund request, including any supporting evidence or documentation.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for consultation services are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred by Classico Digital on behalf of the client for third-party services or products (e.g., hosting fees, domain registration, software licenses) are non-refundable.
  • Completed Work: Services or projects that have been completed and delivered to the client are generally non-refundable, except under circumstances outlined in Section 1.

4. Refund Process

The refund process is as follows:

  1. Submit a Refund Request: The client must submit a written refund request to Classico Digital, including detailed reasons for the request.
  2. Review of Request: Classico Digital will review the refund request and may request additional information or clarification from the client.
  3. Decision: Classico Digital will make a decision on the refund request within 14 business days of receiving all necessary information. The client will be notified of the decision via email.
  4. Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved, it will be processed and issued within 14 business days of the decision. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by the client.

5. Changes to This Policy

Classico Digital reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
